Vin and Nancy Messino

Vin is the park ranger responsible for the efficient maintenance of the Talcott Mountain State park, one of his many state park responsibilities.  Vin's staff maintains the Tower, the trail and the  grounds as part of the the State of CT Department of Environmental Protection work.  His wife, Nancy, also supports the park through her work as a DEP staff member.
