Nancy Kramer opens her gift

Nancy Kramer donated her talents to create the faux painting of the handrail leading to the observation room, as well as the door facing the dining room.  The handrail was painted to look like wood, to match the lustrous look of the new parquet floor. Nancy was presented with a framed architect's rendering of the Tower.
